Delivery and payment

Because of the new One Stop Shop precedure of the European Union we have now changed our shown online prices excluding VAT.

Every EU country will now be charged its own specific value added tax between 17% and 27%.

We ship with DHL / Deutsche Post and with UPS.

The delivery times mentioned in the webshop are given within Germany, abroad may vary.

All the prices quoted are net prices and subject to VAT at the standard rate of 19%.

up to 1kg: 35 € (Price for one 1kg parcel. For a bigger volume weight, we will contact you and calculate the shipping individually.)

Extra costs for bulky goods must be calculated with a parcel size over 1.20m x 0.6m x 0.6m.

Worldwide shipping possible. For island territories, we probably have to calculate higher shipping costs.

Other countries: Please ask by email - we can make an offer for you.

For international shipment (also EU) with a total value over 500€ we will need to charge an additional insurance fee.
